Offensive Coaching Changes

Assistant head coach Don Patterson retired earlier this offseason and naturally, there would be changes to the offensive staff, as he also had the responsibility of tight ends coach.

With the movement, UConn is on the market for a new Wide Receiver’s coach, signaling David Corley, who held that position, in addition to special team’s coordinator and director of player engagement, will be moving to another position with the offense.

“Yes,” a source close to the program confirmed when asked if Corley will remain on staff.

The Huskies program continues to look for winners, requiring that the hire has at least two bowl appearances in the previous five seasons and also has a proven track record of developing wide receivers into NFL talent.

I will have more coverage on the search as details become available.
